Mona Shehabi is a Jordanian actress, acting coach, casting director, creative producer, and director. After earning a BA in Finance, she followed her passion for cinema and began her career in 2011, gaining early recognition for her performances in two short films. Since then, she has worked across various departments in local and international productions.

In 2018, Shehabi transitioned into casting direction, and the following year won the Falcon Award for Best Short Documentary at the Franco Arab Film Festival. She has since worked as a casting director, acting coach, and line producer on numerous shorts and features, including Talavision (Student Academy Award winner), A Week in Gaza, Touchline (Sundance, Falcon Award winner), I Was a Stranger by Brandt Anderson, and the Oscar-nominated Palestine 36 by Annemarie Jacir.
