Monthly Dance Classes


Our monthly dance classes offer flexible month-to-month enrollment, designed for beginners who want to explore dance in a supportive and structured environment. The program includes 4 classes per month, focusing on building foundational technique, coordination, and confidence.

Students may enroll at any point during the month, making it easy to start whenever you’re ready and progress at your own pace. Ideal for those looking to develop basic skills, stay active, and enjoy the art of movement.

  • Ballet & Jazz (Kids)

    This class introduces dancers to the foundations of ballet and jazz technique in a supportive and encouraging environment. Students learn basic ballet positions, posture, and coordination, along with introductory jazz movements emphasizing rhythm, flexibility, and musicality. Class focuses on building strength, confidence, and proper technique while fostering a love of movement.



  • Leaps, Jumps and Turns (Kids & Teens)

    This class focuses on developing power, elevation, control, and technical precision in traveling and stationary movements. Dancers refine classical and contemporary leaps, jumps, and turns, with emphasis on alignment, coordination, musicality, and clean transitions. Combinations progress in complexity and speed, encouraging dancers to build stamina, confidence, and performance quality while maintaining safe technique.


    Level: Intermediate

    Prerequisite: Solid ballet and jazz foundation; ability to execute clean single turn


  • Contemporary Dance (Adults)

    This class introduces adult dancers to the foundations of contemporary dance in a welcoming and supportive environment. Students explore a variety of movement styles, including floor work, lyrical phrases, improvisation, and short choreographies. Classes emphasize building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while encouraging creativity and self-expression.

    Students will gain body awareness, alignment, and control while exploring diverse movement styles. 

    Each class offers a fresh experience, allowing participants to challenge themselves at their own pace and build confidence in both technique and performance.

     The course is designed to be engaging, versatile, and adaptable for all levels, providing a foundation for further contemporary dance study.


    Level: Beginner friendly 

    Focus: Technique, floor work, lyrical movement, improvisation, choreography, creativity



  • Jazz & Classical Ballet Technique (Adults)

    This course for adults focuses on developing strong foundations in classical ballet and jazz technique, while integrating dynamic jazz choreography. Classes emphasize proper alignment, strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality, with particular attention to turns, balance, footwork, and control.


    Technical exercises are combined with expressive choreography to help dancers apply technique in movement, build confidence, and develop stage presence. The course is designed to be adaptable, allowing each participant to progress at their own pace while enjoying both the discipline and the creativity of dance.


    Level: Beginner Friendly 

    Focus: Technique, alignment, turns, musicality, choreography
