The Sukhtian Foundation Performing Arts Scholarship

The Amman Institute of Performing Arts (AIPA) is pleased to announce the Sukhtian Foundation Performing Arts Scholarship for Dance and Drama.

For the 2025–2026 winter cycle, the scholarship will support one dedicated and talented dance student. It covers one year of tuition for AIPA’s Contemporary Dance Program, a structured training track of 4 hours per week (60 hours per term) focused on developing strong technique, performance skills, and creative growth.

This scholarship also applies to our Drama Program; however, candidates for the 2025–2026 winter semester have already been selected. New drama applicants will be considered for the fall 2026 intake, so we encourage interested students to stay tuned for future announcements.

Eligibility Criteria

The scholarship is open to students aged 13 to 30 who are Jordanian citizens or have at least one Jordanian parent.

Previous dance experience is not required, but applicants must show a strong commitment to the Contemporary Dance Program. We encourage passionate young individuals to apply, especially those ready to commit to the full three-year program and who may face financial challenges in joining our programs. Scholarships are awarded based on a combination of artistic merit, commitment to training, and financial need.
