Since 2018, she has been active in the dance field as a performer, educator, and producer-curator of Platform 14, a yearly dance festival for dance artists from different backgrounds. She has performed with various dance collectives and collaborated with artists, musicians, photographers, filmmakers, and fashion designers across full-length performances, site-specific projects, commercial works, and film. As a dancer, she has worked with Harake Dance Company, InterCollective Berlin, Visitors Collective, Chaos Emblematic, NPSR Collective, and Maher Dance Company. She regularly teaches at DANCEWORKS Berlin and Freie Universität Berlin and has taught professional classes for Harake Dance Company, InterCollective Berlin, Visitors Collective, TSV Rudow Berlin, Dock11, Helsinki Dance Institute, and Al Amal Dance School.

Roosa began choreographing her own work in 2021 with the premiere of her solo piece Luxate, followed by her first group work Within Us in 2024, and her most recent full-length work A Bit About Ghosts, which premiered in August 2025. Her choreographic practice is rooted in collaboration with artists from different fields. She uses her body as a passage for sensation and experience, working with the interplay of extreme physicality and vulnerability. Her artistic interests include challenging stereotypes and stigmas surrounding the female imaginary and exploring the ways the female body can be portrayed.
