Contemporary Dance Workshop
With Louise Bossiere

This workshop is open to all levels and invites you into a moving, grounded experience through a guided warm-up and a variety of technique exercises. We’ll work through clean lines, balance, and fluid transitions, allowing the body to shift between control and release, clarity and softness.

As the class unfolds, we’ll begin to connect the movement, building towards a short choreographic sequence that brings everything together. The focus is on finding ease in the movement, enjoying the process, and allowing yourself to move with more freedom and presence. Expect a space that feels open, encouraging, and energising where you can challenge yourself while still having fun.

Open to all levels.

Louise Bossiere

Louise Bossière began her dance training at the age of five in Brussels, Belgium, learning classical ballet at Balletomania with teachers who were former soloists of Maurice Béjart’s Ballet. She later expanded her training in contemporary dance, jazz, and dance on heels, while continuing intensive ballet training at Karys Dance Center in Brussels.

With over 20 years of experience, Louise has performed internationally, including in Japan with the Misk Dance Company and in Jordan with Sarab Dance Collective. She also has a strong background in theatre and a deep love for the stage, which informs her expressive, musical, and performance-driven approach to dance and teaching.
